Well, I've said this before, but I really enjoy meeting my friends at the track at 6 am. It gets me going, and gets me doing it! I've also noticed that we push each other a little and share different techniques and workout ideas, it's great!
I like my cardio dance videos. I can move my body and get a good workout. Plus, sometimes I can get Daniel to participate and do his cool Backstreet Boys moves without even realizing it. :)
The workout I enjoy the most is my 90 minute walk I do nearly every morning with a friend. As much as I hate getting up it does get my day started off better. I also like the "Total Gym" for a different kind of work out.
Running is what's working best for me because it's something I can do with the boys. I do enjoy my long runs without the boys on Saturdays though! BTW - I posted on the hot topic last week at mom and dad's, but it apparently didn't post! My comment was on limiting my sweets!
Terrell: Biking is definitely the best. I can push myself and it is great cardio and strength.
Kellie: I'm starting to like Yoga....but the Jillian Michaels one, not the other kind! Its actually a good workout and you don't "feel" it until the next day - and it's deep! :)
I have always liked lifting weights at a gym, but running outside this week has opened my eyes to the joys of running on something other than a treadmill. I know resistance is important for losing weight, but I'm starting to substitute a little extra cardio in for some of my resistance time instead of keeping it 50/50. I also like the ab workouts on wii fit.
