I like that this challenge is helping me get active! I think that I like that part the best, it feels better. The one sweet day, I don't know if I make it work for me like I should-I think sometimes I eat more on that day since I can't the rest of the week- maybe more than what I would normally for a week all in one day, some weeks. Which is dumb of me! :) I really liked interval training, it got me to turn it up a notch. I can't think of my least favorite challenge??
I like that this challenge allows me to be accountable. I am grateful for a friend who will walk with me in the early morning. The weekly bonus that worked least for me is the no sugar challenge. It's hard to do when I have to eat what we've got!
Kellie: This challenge has been hard for me to remember to keep doing which is probably what I like least! I like the drinking water part the best! I liked the very first bonus where we thought about personal and group goals and questions - I'm a thinker! I don't like the no sugar challenge...I'm not doing it. :) I'm not ready for that yet! Hehe!

I actually like this week's challenge - no sugar. It's kind of a love/hate thing! I have a serious sweet tooth, so although it's been really hard, it's been really good for me!
