The challenge is no SUGAR or BROWN SUGAR.
That means you will have to check labels! There is sugar in a great deal of prepared foods!
For everyday you eliminate sugar you get 5pts, including on your sweet day!

We were talking about this challenge in that if we did it we couldn't eat bread or yogurt, to which Dallin immediately replied, "What? I'm want to eat yogurt! I'm not going to earn any points!" (He thinks he's part of the challenge!)
